What's the solution then? Life is pretty bleak with this opinion.

in reality

It is neither here nor there what anyone does with rlc...imho they are more a non-issue today than ever.

It was big news, but should not have been, when the swimmers got busted for lying. Even in third world countries, what you do is in 1080p nowadays.

How many here have ever even gotten a rlc ticket? Probably 1 or 2 people. Yet the debate on the one hand is less busy, but won't go away.

It seems that whether someone has a camera, or does not, is meaningless. Nobody here regularly gets tickets anyway, why keep talking about it...my .02
