DriveSmart 50 LMT Red Light camera poi and audio issues

I have the redlight camera poi seetup as a tourguide with audio and I get nothing. I have seen one red light camera image but that is it. I installed the sox.exe file in the garmin dictory, I am using windows 7. I have also tried the trial version of the garmain red light camera poi and I get no audio no indication that I have approached a red light camera. The audio in the unit does work, it speaks directions quite well. It is something I am doing wrong, HELP!!!
Redlight POIs
The redlight and speed cameras POI files do not need to be set up as TourGuides. They will work fine as standard POIs.
A TourGuide works only with a custom audio alert. You say you have sox loaded but it needs to be in the POI Loader folder and also requires a custom wav file named the same as the POI file. Has this been done? If not, then no alert and no TourGuide.
If set up as a standard POI, you'll get a default ding sound when approaching a redlight. You can replace the ding with a custom wav file alert but it's not required.
