How do you download the alert sounds? Every time I click on it, it goes to quicktime and it doesn't allow me to download just to listen to it?

Right click. Then click
Right click. Then click "Save Link As ...".

c550 plays mp3's just fine.
as MM said, right click and select "save as" or "save link as" (depending on your browser) then save in a location you'll remember, rename as necessary and load it.
or get loaded, either one works.

Quick question
Am I correct in assuming that if I name the alert the exact same as the poi file, except for the extension (xxxx.csv and xxxx.mp3) and then use the poi loader to load both files into my Nuvi 360, then the alerts will play at the right time?

Yes, just be sure they are in the same folder and that you set the alerts when you load them either with the filename or using Manual Mode in POI Loader. And be sure alerts are enabled on your unit.
