Gpx-Poi File Generator

I don't know if this has been posted before, but is anyone familiar with these web sites or application? Seems to be a good addition to creating gpx files?

happy with EPE

I'm happy with Extra POI Editor, despite the occasional glitch, because of the Google API.

I've used GeePex and its good, but its not free. I bought a license before I discovered EPE. Unfortunately, GeePex has lost temporarily lost its ability to geocode because Yahoo is charging for its geocodr, that used to be free.

Of course, I'm happy with EPE and there's nothing like it out there. However, I'd like to explore and have some kind of backup application, add-on or supplement in case of emergency. Btw, after digging in further, I discovered that we have a fellow member by the name of Gpx-Poi (8 years) who created this web-based file generator! It seems he's no longer active. Learn something every day. wink
