Where?
Where can't you find the voices? This thread is about Express. Do you mean on your device?

Agreed

I'm also confused as to what is being described.
One thought is that maybe Holydoc installed all available English language voices with Garmin Express earlier and now with the new version of GE, the English language box to check with this new version isn't seen or offered. If this is what you're experiencing, Holydoc, I think I've found that once a language pack is installed to a specific GPS device through GE's Optional Voice updates, it'll be removed from the list of languages available for downloading.
In the future when a voice update becomes available, it'll be offered automatically by GE without going deep into the Tools/OptionalUpdates area. Of course, you can also learn of new voice updates by routinely reading this forum.
If I have the wrong idea, then sussamb's question of where you're looking for the lost voices, in the nuvi or in the computer running Garmin Express, needs to be answered.
My Mac finally asked me to
My Mac finally asked me to update the GE.
Sorry for the Confusion

Sorry about the confusion. We had a family emergency so I was not able to get back to this thread. Yes, Craig was correct. I did not realize that once you install a voice with GE you could not access it anymore. I just attempted after installing GE to view the voices available. However I discovered (and explained by Craig) that I could not access the voice files once I have them installed.
Thanks again and sorry about the confusion.

No probs
Always best to clear up confusion, and easily done with Garmin at times
