My last trip was from Toronto to London Ontario. My Nuvi is always helpful in finding places in other towns.

Checked out the new Harrah's casino in Murphy, NC. Not quite there, yet.

Getting the newest and greatest.. fixin to head north pretty soon.. Smoky mtn... here I come.

We have a trip to Florida in a few weeks and did not want to do it almost at the "replace me bumps".

Went to see the NASCAR roundy-rounds at Martinsville, VA

...no trip until next month.
Going to Florida in December for a golf trip.

From Dallas to Kansas City - Lots of construction along the way. Wonder if the road will ever be free of those concrete barriers.

Kingsport, TN to Moses Cone Memorial Park, Blowing Rock, NC for a day of horseback riding. Great weather!

I've never gone riding there, but I've been up that way many times, it's really beautiful country.

Texas for my next contract, helllooo Lone Star State..never been there, crank up the Garmin!

Last long trip? Summer of 2014. My wife and I drove up the east coast to NYC... then Niagara Falls... 2,500 miles. It was a blast. Not particularly enthralled with New Jersey. Roads not in very good condition. NY and NYC were very nice. Same w/ Canada in general and Niagara Falls.

Nuvi to our son and daughter-in-law so they could find their way to a state park for a night of camping. Hopefully they can use the Nuvi to find their way home

Hearing aid adjusted today.

Spent a couple days in Fredericksburg, Va.

Back from the Farm in Georgia in Lenox. Next trip I have planned is to take a nap or something similar.

Navigated around several major accidents on the way home using nuvi 2598 and smartphone link on my phone.

Went to the Great Smoky Mountains around Labor Day using my venerable old C340, Emily. Alas, she hasn't been updateable for several years (so much for lifetime maps) and she is starting to get unreliable with changes to roads. So my lovely wife got me a nuvi 55 for our anniversary. She always had a love-hate relationship with Emily, so we'll see how it goes with this new one, who still needs a name.

Went with my class on a plant tour in Churubusco, IN.
