Podiatrist recommended a pair of custom orthotics to ease my foot pain. Mucho $$$$
Hope he's right.
If you have one of these stores near you try them. They also sell on line but I like to try on shoes before I buy.
I have such foot pain when walking. There shoes are hand made and come in a lot of widths. I was able to find walking shoes and tennis shoes that are great for me. They are medicare approved. You have to watch as some arent and I don't know if they are as good on your feet.
I paid $161 for the walkers and $140 for the tennis shoes. I don't know how much the custom shoes are but this may be worth a try. It helped me.
