Has anyone had any issues with their MSN direct in the New York, New Jersey area? I traveled there this past weekend and had a difficult time with my MSN direct receiving signal. I talked with Garmin and MSN direct and they are blaming each other for the problem. MSN states that I need to turn my device off and on and if that did not work, reset it. Garmin states it might be the cable. What a pain.
I think the issue is with MSN Direct
They appear to be exaggerating their coverage a wee bit. And that may be an understatement.
It is fun to watch the software vendor blame the hardware, and the hardware people blame the software. Chances are, it's one or the other, if not both.
