Greetings,
My PC or The Factory's software seems to have a problem with one Smiley.
There is an icon for the Question Smiley (a question mark inside the yellow circle), but when I try to add this smiley to a message, I don't get the question mark. Instead I get this:
which I see as the Confused Smiley followed by a colon.
The Confused Smiley works for me, i.e., 
as do all other Smileys I've used.
Can someone reply with the Question Smiley to see if they can succeed?
Or if you correctly see the Question Smiley above, let me know as well so that I can try to figure out why my PC responds differently than yours. The problem exists for me both when viewing with Internet Explorer as well as Chrome.

Of course you can easily get rid of the colon by deleting it prior to posting but the question mark being displayed as the confused face as been like that for as long as I can remember. You maybe the first person to question it.
You can also add Firefox to the list of browsers that display it incorrectly.

There seems to be a parsing error analyzing the series of characters to represent confused and question smileys because they both start with the same characters (a colon and a question mark).
What keystroke did you use
What keystroke did you use for the question mark? You can separate them by a space to keep it from rendering.

Ha, I'd hate to be a newbie here in the future reading the thread and not understanding what's going on.
