There is only a finite amount of memory. After that, the data gets written over. If you only use it once in a blue moon, you can probably go back quite a ways. If you use it every day, all day long, you could probable only get a couple days of history.

If you want a permanent record, then you need to download the info to a computer on a regular basis. Don't forget to make backups too, preferably on an offsite location (just in case a flood, tornado, fire, or some other disaster would destroy your home and computer.)

Hi sorry if you think I am a troll but in reality I am little old lady who someone is stalking. I needed info. I am new to how to ask questions. I tried to download info and it gave me around 4 days. I recall in the past it had oodles of info. Thanks anyone who can help.

Your question has been answered already (several times) including on your other posts of the same questions. Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean there is some magic wand someone can wave and make it happen.
