Garmin helps me out

My Nuvi kept popping off of the gooseneck and I tried to salvage it by adding tissue under the ball where it goes into the adapter, So finally i called Garmin and was going to buy me that adapter that clips onto the back of the nuvi. The C/S person was a great help, She just sent me the windshield mount assy that includes that adapter, an the best part is she said she was going to"good will warrenty it " cause they dont just sell that adapter. So it come today and fixed my nuvi..
