I am currently a streets and Trips user however since they will no longer update it I am thinking about changing. I have heard of DeLorme but not real familiar. The big question I have is can I create routes with it and export to my Garmin RV760LMT as I do in Streets and Trips?

Yes.
You can export routes from the Delorme Street Atlas USA product to Garmin models that support multi point routes or have the trip planner app. I have an older version of Street Atlas (2010) and have transferred routes to my nuvi's many times.

Since you are being forced to change routing software, have you considered Garmin's Basecamp?

I use it frequently to create routes and export them to my RV760.
Basecamp
Basecamp seems very complex to use and has a hard time finding addresses. That is why I went to Streets and Trips to start with but thanks for the response.
