I should have posted this last year but better late than never. Cameras in other parts of San Diego County may still be active but within the City, they have been removed.
I do know that they are also down in neighboring El Cajon.

Too much common sense in this article.
The Mayor didn't see any proof that the cameras made the streets safer. He also said that "he would rather have the four officers who were reviewing the camera’s photos back on the streets interacting directly with motorists."
These locations
Were removed from our camera content more than a year ago.
