Saving an intersection on the 2597 LMT

So I'm having an issue that is only occurring with intersections. I know that you can save intersections because I have others saved, but in this particular instance, I find the intersection, click the "i" and then click on the menu pullout and click save. The menu pullout disappears, but nothing happens. When I go to my saved places, I don't see the intersection in the list (I only have 6 or 7 so it's not like I'm just missing it)
I wanted to make sure it wasn't just an issue with saving, so I saved a restaurant that I went to for lunch, and wen through the same process except this time when I hit save, it gave me a popup that said the location was saved before me clicking OK and having the popup (and menu sidebar) disappear. I looked in my saved locations and sure enough, the location is saved.
Anyone got any ideas?

Far be it for me to be the GPS guru, but is it possible the intersections you want to save are listed as co-ordinate numbers?

I don't get an option to save a name for the intersection. The intersection appears in the favorites or saved by the names of the streets.

You may need to post the intersection so we can try on our units.Is it possible one or both streets not in the map data? Just do a search for using address for one street then the other to see if you get a hit.
On my 2597 I touch where to,state or country,insert state then done. Enter street 1,next,enter street 2,next and then click on the results.Touch i,3 horz lines then save and it is in favorites.

As jjen has indicated, my question was pretty dumb - you never get the chance to enter anything - it uses what you have already entered (although you can edit it to whatever you want).
On my 765, intersections is one of the options after Where To?.
On the 2595, I have to do Where To? > Categories > [down arrow 4 times] > Intersections.

So I figured it out after my
So I figured it out after my friend took a look at it. He didn't actually intend on doing this, but when he asked me which streets I wanted, I told him and he put them in in reverse order (so I had High as street 1 and Main as street 2; he had Main as street 1 and High as street 2).
Switching that, it saved without issue!
