WAV files not loading

All of a sudden, none of my wav files would load with WEBUPDATER (the new version).

It seems the new version was installed in a different directory than the older one. The new directory did not have the sox file.

That's odd. The last POI Loader update was done back in November (2.7.3 for PC and 2.3.0 for Mac), so there's no recent update.
What has changed? Have you tried and failed to install new wav files (different wavs than what worked for you earlier), are you using a new computer, do you have a new nuvi or something else? I assume you have had success installing wav files with custom POIs in the past so we need to determine what's different now.
Do you get an installation error message or simply not get the audio. If you have an alert set and don't hear your custom audio, do you hear the default "ding" alert or hear nothing?

Aha, different POI Loader installation locations (with sox still in the older folder) was a problem quite some time ago, but I thought you had arrived here with your new nuvi and started using POI Loader well after that problem was resolved so I wasn't going to mention that possibility. Good work on finding the issue and fixing it.
