In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.
This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.
The vet's office.
The cat wasn't happy.
Needed to see the ocean from living in the mountains
Traveled home from our winter house in Mesa with our Nuvi3597 and a 3790 as backup (not needed).
We always try to take a different route and this time be picked Hwy 1 and 101 all the way from Cambria CA to Port Angeles WA. Haven't done it in years and it's still one of the most beautiful drives in North America (although I like the southbound route better than the northbound - keeps getting warmer.)
today to find POIs in a city 60 miles from home. Don't drive there much so it was handy to find the nearest Walgreens, Walmart, and Panera Bread for lunch.
was to West Bend, IA.
Drove around in town, so very happy to have my GPS.
Nothing far, only Ohio.
Just to a medical clinic and (thank goodness) back.
Gorgeous time of year in the Napa Valley. Heavy traffic in the morning but it would have been worse without some re-routing.
Checking out the snow melt and river overflows.
Took mini-roadtrip to Baltimore for "Day Out With Thomas".
Here, there and back again.....
GO to Grant's farm.
Went fishing this weekend. Left yesterday with my Honey to Woodland, WA. We spent the day visiting an operating grist mill .. Cedar Creek Grist Mill. Beautiful drive and a great experience. From there we visited the Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens, and the tulip fields.
Today, I went fishing and she went shopping. She spent money and I got skunked. Was a great day anyway.
BTW this is my hometown which I had not visited since 1969. So much the same with the school, but town has changed, but then so have I. We have both gotten older and in need of some repairs. In driving around without "Get Lost" we kinda got lost and found where "my" new high school will be built, and to be dedicated in 2015 - the year of my 50th reunion. Without getting lost I would have never known about the new high school. Sometimes getting a bit lost is OK.
I'm local this week....
find shopping malls and other points of interest for a "Ladies Day Out" around town
Last trip was driving back to California from Kansas. Used the Garmin to help find Gas Stations, lodging, and restaurants. On this trip I also used an iphone app to help find pet friendly hotels along with an app called iExits to supplement the Garmin. Worked out really well.
Just got 2598LMT. Better direction
Northline Rd in Southgate Mich.
Baltimore, MD to Erie, PA.
Well it is Monday, wish it was Friday.

Rescheduled for the weekend.
For my aunt & uncle's 60'th anniversary. Drove against heavy wind and rain most of the way home.
Everything is fine.
Next trip will hopefully be on my motorcycle when I get it out for spring clean up
Finding my way around Las Vegas.
My garmin 3597lmthd (refurb) arrived today! Woo Hoo! It took us to Walgreens, New Frontiers, and back home
Hit the warehouse stores and stocked up. No major traffic issues and nice weather.
"Limping" home after my fencing class. I had a hard time paying attention to the road due to muscle aches, and the map helped a bunch.
I'm getting too old for this exercise thing.
