nuvi2555LMT not turning off

anyone got a thought why my nuvi won't turn off when shuting of the car ignition switch. just started all of a sudden. screen gets a little dim but that it. also not getting wav files to install with POIs. thinking could be me on the wav and POIs but got me stumped on not shutting down when disconnecting the power. Hoping someone can give me a helping hand here yet odd that have trouble with wav and not turning off now thanks
Master reset?
You could try a master reset. That sometimes solves odd problems like this.
