Garmin Express Browsing Issue

Hi,
Im new to the site and could do with some help. Im trying to put the 2014 Full coverage European maps onto my PC to use with Basecamp, but when I get to the end of the process where I choose where to put the file, Express is showing G:\Garmin in light lettering in the selection box,and the browse button doesn't operate.
I don't have a G drive on my PC, and want to select C drive at this point.
Help please.

Was the GPS, when attached, assigned to G:\
