Update
Extended family members lost their house in Washington IL. The kids grandma was at the house when the tornado came through. They went to the basement. The daddy was at work.
I'm still waiting to hear news about an elderly aunt who lives on the other side of Washington.
Three of my extended families have lost their homes. They are staying with other relatives in the area.My aunt is OK. Her house was not damaged but still no power.

Rode the tornado out here in Kokomo on Sunday. Just got power back on from 3:30PM Sunday afternoon. No damage to my property but so many lost their homes. Parts of town are unrecognizable. Glad to be here.

Good thing I had a current disk image and all recent data files backed up. Doing an image restore right now. We'll find out shortly if it works.

OS & all my data have been restored & the system appears to be back to normal. I have no idea what caused it to go screwy... well, actually, I have a couple of possibilities in mind. I won't be doing THOSE again any time soon.

Had a similar thing happen a few years back but I wasn't as fortunate - not pleasant to have to recreate almost everything or start anew ! Glad for you !
