Download of files?????

I tried down loading gpx files in firefox that I have successfully downloaded before. Some down loaded as normal. Others just open in the browser screen. Is there a fix or do I need to change browsers?
Right Click
Try right clicking and select "Save as..."

If right-clicking doesn't work, use a different browser.

Tools - Options
At one time you may have told it to try and open rather than save.
To change this, go to Tools, then Options, then click on the Applications tab.
Scroll down to GPX file then tell it to Save File.
From now on, it should always save. Of course as others have mentioned, you can always right click and do Save Link As.
