Loading POI file on GO 730

Hello all. I'm new to POI Factory. Im having difficulty loading POI files onto my Go 730. I followed the directions per http://www.poi-factory.com/node/9488. I have done a search (downloaded Lowes file and transferred it to "United_States_2G" folder), but still get "No POI found". Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks

Did you download a Lowes.bmp file and also transfer it to the "United_States_2G" folder.
If not, download it from here: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/14225
The .ov2 file & the .bmp file must have the exact same name.
To find it, go Main Menu, Navigate to, Point of Interest, select the POI location option that best applies of the 5 options offered, click the arrow to go to page 2 POI category:, either type in the name that you gave the Lowe's files or use the scroll down button to find it in the alphabetical list.
