Various Garmin Map Files

Is there a primer on the various Garmin Map files? I wasn't sure if I was getting everything in my latest update on my Nuvi 755T since I have junctions, 3d buildings and all that.

Your Junction View File will be something along the lines of DxxxxxxxA.JCV and for the new City Navigator North America NT 2014.10 map, is possibly D3060100A.JCV, about 770MB in size.
