Lifetime Maps giving less

While checking Garmin website for new map I ran across the following in my history:
City Navigator North America NT 2012.10 - Map+P+JV(G&N), Apr 11
City Navigator North America NT 2012.20 - Map+P+JV(G), July 11
City Navigator North America NT 2012.30 - Map+P, Oct 11
City Navigator North America NT 2013.30 - Map+P, Oct 12
My question is what do the letters after Map mean? And why am I getting Less with each update?
I have Lifetime Updates and 14Gigs remaining on sd card.
I bought the 1450 in part because of full screen JVs.

From what I know/can tell...
3D = 3D buildings
JV(G) = Junction View (Garmin)
JV(N) = Junction View (NavTeq)
LG = Lane Guidance
HT = Historical Traffic
P = Phonetics (text-to-speech)
PA = Phonetics + Voice Activation
I wouldn't worry about missing features...for example, my nuvi 765 lists CN NA NT 2012.20:
City Navigator North America NT 2012.20 - Map+P+3D+JV(G), July 11
The same nuvi 765 lists under CN NA NT 2013.30 (the latest):
City Navigator North America NT 2013.30 - Map+P, Oct 12
However, I have always received the updated Junction View as well as the updated 3D map upon updating, despite what is listed under the newest map description.

Why is 2013.40 Truck not available?
I just bought a Dezl 765LMT model and it says that my maps are up to date as 2013.30 but I know for a fact that North America 2013.40 was released for the regular Nuvis. Are the truck models on a different schedule for map releases or something? Why isn't the Dezl update available? Anyone know?

Perhaps it means the JV files had no changes and didn't need to be included in the update.
