strangeness in c530 as well...

Conversely, in the c530, I understand it SHOULD read POIs from either internal or the SD card...
well my new c530 dutifully reads either and even asks on turn-on if you want the SD POIs to be moved to the internal memory, BUT, it seems to only allow TWO POI subcategories.... and sometimes allows only ONE, IE, when I upload astronomy csv then VOR then air-fields, only the last two categories show up in the selection list under Extras/custom POIs...
This seems very weird... and as if something is afoul...
Is there something I am mossing?

I meant "missing"...
Anyone else see this? Is it correct to be able to upload no more than One csv per upload? One subcategory? If so (as my c530 is doing), then this, too, should be a recommendation for Garmin to do something about...

SOLVED IT! I just renamed
SOLVED IT!
I just renamed the successive POI.gpi files POI Loader builds, to POI2.gpi, POI3.gpi, etc and push them over to the internal drive - works 4.0! I see all subcategories, and POI loader overwrite no more!
Something Garmin should fx though....

Another option is to use POI loader to transfer several files at the same time. There's a page in the FAQ section that describes how:
