after installing 2 new maps on my xxl , not sure which one did it my house is an 1/8 mile off . i live on a street which is u shaped with a north and south street name . my new location is at the mid point in the u part/ when i actually live in the first house at the beginning of the north . any way to fix this or just not worry .

Don't worry about it
If you search the forums here you'll find lots of discussions about why a particular street address may get converted to coordinates that are not "dead on". It's a function of the map data, and it is a fact of life for all GPS units.

You have 2 options.
1. Copy the mapsettings.cfg file from your old map folder to the new map folders.
2. If 1. didn't correct your issue, GO Main Menu, Change Preferences, Change Home Location.
