In This thread I promised "The next version of GeePeeEx Editor will include direct output to Google Earth, from either csv or gpx input. That functionality will be fully unlocked in the trial version."
Install the Trial version, load up your favourite .csv file and hit F3. Google Earth should open and you will find all the entries listed under "Temporary Places". It will also export csv and gpx files to kml, without restriction.
Of course, I live in hope you might find some other uses for GeePeeEx Editor as well:-)

I finally got around to releasing this version; downloadable from http://GeePeeEx.googlepages.com.
