Garmin 2595 POIs loaded using POI Loader. Still dont see POIs

Garmin 2595 POIs loaded using POI Loader. Still dont see POIs. I see them loaded in custom POIs section, but how does a Red light camera POI for example show on map. I see nothing coming on map? Anyone know the solution?

How did you get the RLC POI file if you are not a contributor or active user?
