lists a Magellan RoadMate 5120, which does have a QWERTY keyboard (in fact it is the default). Older Magellans had an "ABCDEF..." keyboard with no QWERTY option.
Newer Magellan PNDs also provide the ability to enter a ZIP code directly (very useful if you only need a route to an area rather than a specific address), bypassing the multiple screens (city name, street name, street number) that some other PNDs force you to go through to be able to plot a route.
