POI Down loader will not down load

I have tried to down load Garmin's POI Down Loader on two systems (Ubuntu and Win7) but it will not even start to down load. Anyone have any ideas?

Are you trying to download from here? It's working for me on Win7. Could you be missing a request to approve the start of the download? Any error messages?

1. Yes and directly from Garmin.
2. No, it will not highlight at 'Download now'.
3. No error messages.
