Thanks for posting. This is just another example of those above the law. Even the police chief Sheppard got nailed. The employee drove the vehicle, they committed the offense, and they should pay the fine.

.... as told to me by a truck enforcement cop while giving a lecture at my job, a Philly Parking Authority tow truck driver got nabbed by a RLC, and had to pay the fine. In Philly it's all about the money, no matter who's caught.

The reason for them getting

The reason for them getting caught 119 times is, there is no fear of them having to pay the fine!

The laws are supposed to be the same for everyone.

The rules don't apply to those that make them. Unfortunately there is no way to make them pay unless you get rid of the leaders who make the regulations. It's a sad fact that the cop talking away on his cell phone will pull you over if do the same.
