Trouble with 1450T traffic

Hi all,

New guy here.

I just picked up a Garmin 1450 with lifetime Maps and Traffic. Updated the latest maps and everything ran well for a while.

About a week ago, the Green traffic button disappeared. I did a factory reset, and re updated the maps but nothing changed.

Any ideas would be helpful.

Not sure where you are located but you can check your reception coverage here. You don't get any icon if you're out of a reception area.

Here's your manual from Garmin, check traffic info on pages 33=37.

Thanks everyone.

Not sure what happened but after I did a map update, I already had the latest one, I plugged it back in the traffic antenna and still nothing. Drove to work with it plugged in, 45 min drive, nothing.

Then when I was on my way home it came back up.
