Thunderstorms over the weekend yielded a 5 hour power outage.
road trip
took a nice road trip yesterday using lots of tiny backroads. GPS is incredibly useful for trips like that. Just wish the GPS battery was longer lasting - was in an old car that didn't have aux power.

Outstanding soccer game
What an outstanding Womens soccer game today at the Olympics between the U.S. and Canada.
The U.S. won 4-3 in OT but in my eyes it was a shame for either team to lose !
