to complicated ,i try to download pilot flying j stuff,click link,save,it says no file something,it doesnt know what to do with it,how do i open it and get it in my gps???

In answer to your question, Google is your friend. Had you taken a few minutes and searched you would have found this page on Rand McNally's site which provides a PDF on how to import POI files. Speaking of Rand McNally, it's nice of them to mention POI Factory on their page.

I had the same problem.Then I realized that you can download only the files that ends on (CSV). You will not be able to download the other files that ends on (GPX format for Garmin GPS) or (OV2 format for Tom Tom).
