Fantasy voices and phrases

If it could be done as a TTS voice (and I believe it cannot by us), who would you like to hear as a voice and what phrase would you create?
I would like Troy from Swamp Wars. The phrase is him warning me of a upcoming deer crossing.
"Roll down the windows and get out the guns! We got deer!"
(Yes, I know that the deer crossing is not a TTS phrase)

Instead of "recalculating"
I'd have Jase from Duck Commander say: "When you don't know what you're doing it's best to do it quickly."
But more likely, I'd have Uncle Si say "Hey!" for most phrases!
