nuvi 750 (won't not read more than 90 poi's)

My nivi 750 will not read more than 90 poi's can some one help

Do you

Do you mean that when you select Where To - Extras - Custom POIs and then select a POI file that it will only list 90 items? If so, that's the way it works although I've never seen more than about 50 list out.

Those are the 50 or 90 places that are nearest to you. If you set your location in simulation mode or travel to another location you will see the 50 or 90 nearest the new place. As you travel from location A to location B the list will update to always show you the nearest x number.

When you say won't read, what do you mean? As pointed out, the nuvi - when asked to list possible POIs - will show you up to the 50 nearest.

How did you determine the number 90? and what did you mean by "read"?

poi

When i load more than 90 poi in the poi dir it will not read more than 90

You are not telling us enough.

I am interpreting what you wrote to mean that you have a directory (ie, folder) on your computer. You then have tried to put more than 90 files (where each file can contain from 1 to many point of interest) into that folder.

Assuming I have it right so far, then tell me what you do that fails.

can't read more than 90

90 is a ton

122

I have 122 files in three gpi folders. One of the folders have 9 subfolders. I believe the limit for a sub-folder is 32 files.

In that case...

In that case, I wonder if loubel's 91st file (out of ?? files) has an error causing POI Loader to fail.

In any event, I agree that we need more detail from loubel on what exactly is happening.
