Not sure where/how to address this - just downloaded TD Green Machines in Ontario - all it is is TD Green Machines in Toronto,Ontario rather than the whole province.

Yes, the TD POIs file has only Toronto and surrounding area. The data is about about 4 years old.
The file owner hasn't been active on this forum for almost 4 years. As jrozsnaki suggested, you may try to contact him to see if there is an updated version.
