GPS 855 NOT RECOGNISE

I am trying to donwload the latest map to my 855. It seem that Garmin can't find my gps. Any suggestion.

Try pulling the battery - in

Try pulling the battery - in other words a cold boot. That usually fixes it. If that doesn't do it try giving the PC the Boot.

The Problem

has been corrected. Called my wife over to the computer. I did everything she did and I couldn't get it to work. It worked for her. lol
