Ecoroute on 3790

Any one figure out how this thing works? I haven't gotten the icon on the map screen to turn green since my first upgrade. Always shows red and always shows 0. All the pertinent stuff is filled out. History is all there but that's all confused

Hard reset?

Have you hard reset the unit since the update?

Last resort

Already thought of that. There's a price to pay when you do stuff like that. All your settings are gone, you have to reload your favorites and maybe poi's. I might do that if I find out that it's the only way to solve this. This is not something i really use, and it doesn't impair the unit.

Ecoroute on 3790

I have an 3790lmt and never had any problem with the Ecoroute. Used it in Oct on on 2000 mile trip and kept how much gas I used and the dollar amount I spent.

Thanks

But I wasn't asking that. Mine works just fine that way also.

If that was in my 1350 then

I turned it off because it did not work. It showed red pretty much all the time. I did get it green a couple times but that was when I was doing about 70mph passing. I would think it would be green the slower you went.

I don't get that at 70 either.

Eco on 3760

Didn't work right on my 3760 when I first set it up. I turned Eco off, used the GPS for about a week without, then went back in and turned it on (and changed the settings for my car) and it has been working fine since. Not sure what happened, but as I said, works fine now. Kind of neat that when I turn the car off the GPS shows Eco details such as how much gas I used (based on settings I created of course).

Well

That I have not seen. All I get is the normal 10 second warning that it will shut down. Going to have to try that.
Thanks

There's no way to shut it off? I can hide it but that's all.
