One Month Out for New Knee
Had knee replacement surgery, glad to be back home
Hope that all is going well for you. I found out in August that I needed my right knee replaced.....Since then I have been walking in the pool at the gym and riding the bike. My Othopod thought that my idea of "Pre Hab" was a good one.
Exactly one month from today, I will be in the hospital getting the new "Parts"!
