Hi...First of all, I really appreciate all the time folks put into creating POI's.

idea
Is it possible for the 2 creators to combine their efforts on these 2 POI's and create just ONE? grin

Campgrounds and RV Parks Combined

Since some people may prefer those two files separate you may want to do it for your own benefit and is easy all you need is to bring one file into EPE and then merge the second file and save it as Campgrounds and RV Parks Combined just for your own use.

Agree w/ flaco

There have been several times when members have wanted maintainers to combine files. We understand the reasons for the requests.

However, because maintainers have different schedules, it is easiest for those wanting "combined" files to just download the desired files and load them into their GPS. Regardless of which files and how many files, they all become part of "Custom POIs".

Perhaps you are wanting the files together to treat them as a "category" of POI files. There are solutions to this.

@PJGMIG - if these suggestions do not meet your requirements, please help us better understand why you think having these two files together would be an improvement.

HI..thank you all who took the time to respond... I will combine both files for my GARMIN 465T.

My reasons to have someone else combine them was to save storage space and I don't have the experience.

Amount of space is the same

The amount of space in the .gpi file will be the same as if they were separate.

As for combining them, use EPE (Extra poi editor) created by Turbocc (a member).
