How do I remove the call history from my Nuvi765t?

Call history along with your contact list (phone book) and everything else linked to your phone is only in the phone, not stored in the GPS. Turn off the Bluetooth connection between the two devices (or just turn off the phone) and you'll see call history and other phone related data vanishes from the Nuvi.
