Well, not to turn this into a bash on Apple thread

but customer satisfaction has much to do with the customer base.

For instance, Apple customers might tend to be technologically illiterate and be happy with blinking lights and shiny metal while customers of RIM might use their phones for business productivity and expect 100% compatibility with all the features and functions of their desktop computer software.

Just sayin' . . .

For instance... Major airlines are replacing pilot flight manuals on paper with iPads... tech-illiterate? I think NOT. As to the rest of your "just sayin'" - well, it's rather a load of twaddle.
