flaco joined the POI Factory crew more than 3.5 years ago and has been one of our regulars. He was previously recognized as contributor of the week back in January 2008 for helping create the Tampa POI Package, and he still maintains several local POI files for the Tampa area.
And if you're wondering why Subway might object, it's because flaco prefers Jersey Mike's for his sandwiches and isn't shy about letting others know.

I have nothing against Subway Sandwich Shops and have patronized them here in Florida and all the way from Ashford Ave in Puerto Rico to across the street from Denali National Park in Alaska.
My preferred sub/hoagie place is in Philly, Lee’s hoagies on street Rd. they have a few places in the city but no franchise out of the city.
They cut the lunch meat when you order the sandwich, Jersey Mike’s does the same, and they give you more meat than Subway but not as much as Lee’s
Now I'm getting hungry...
