Garmin Nuvi 205W Map Update Problem

I was having a problem updating my new map for my Garmin Nuvi 205W. I would get to step 3 (installing the map) and it would stop at 14 min left. I tried to install this 4 times and the same results each time. I finally got the map to install and wanted you to know what I did to get it to install. I unplugged my USB printer and USB mouse. The only thing I had plugged in one of the USB ports was the Garmin. I don't know why this worked but it did. Just wanted you to know so that this may help you if you are having the same problem.
You were losing power from the USB's

Another issue we have seen is using the front ports instead of the back ports or going through a hub.
The back ports are direct to the board and the front usually go through a cable to the board.
