Loading POI's in a Pioneer AVIC F700 BT

I have been trying to download Poi's into my Pioneer AVIV F700 BT car Navigation head unit and I am about to pull my hair out.
I start by downloading a Poi using the Garmon button. Then use AVIC FEEDS from Pioneer to convert. I have set it using 1.Long.then 2.Lat. then 3.name,and last,4.address.
When I put the SD card into the unit nothing comes up.
Any advice?

You are on the right path according to page 31 of your manual. Unfortunately I can't help.

After converting the file via Avic Feeds, make sure you save the file to the sd card, not the PC drive...
Please don't ask me how I know!
You can check on the sd card, there should be a folder named "NDB" with a sub-folder named "CustomPOI" that contains you new (name).kml poi file.
On my unit, Avic-U310, access to the custom poi is via a AvicFeeds button in the GoTo menu, yours can be different.
