Being new at this and with a new Garmin, I am trying to figure out how to get all the wal mart data from my computer to my garmin in an orgainized way? Help..

Program

The first thing you will need is a program from Garmin called POI Loader. It's a freebe and available from Garmin's web site. This program will bundle all the POIs you have stored in one directory into one file and download it to the GPS.
