Mobile Speed Cameras -- how best to record them in a POI file?

I recently discovered that while the state of Maryland does have quite an investment in immovable red light and speed cameras, certain cities and townships have been incorporating mobile/portable speeding cameras as well. Some days they remove them, but some days they put them up. From my observations, the locations are pretty consistent. Has anyone determined the best way to track these in a POI file? Do we just mark it up as a speed camera or is there a way to designate it as a portable speed camera that could be there or not... Thoughts?
Miss POI will probably chime in, but ...

There are websites like trapster.com that use a crowdsourcing approach to identifying possible/probable mobile cameras and other speed traps, including places where the mounties like to hide. But POI factory only trades in fixed speed cameras.

Yup it is true, we don't track mobile locations here.
