Garmin nuvi 1350lmt Traffic antenna extension

I have a Garmin nuvi 1350lmt, does installing a traffic antenna extension to the traffic receiver on the power cord increase traffic signal when mounted to the windshield? Is it worth the money?

Latest Nuvi units have very sensitive antenna buit-in the unit.

No need to buy separate receiver.

Before trying that, loop your power cord over your rear view mirror and see if that improves your traffic reception. The FM antenna that receives traffic reports is the power cable that runs from your "cigarette lighter" plug to the GPS--looping it over a high mounted rear view mirror should offer better reception when compared to a neatly tucked away cord under/alongside the dashboard.
