Does anyone know if the Garmin GPS 2360LMT comes with 3D Building and Terrain View.

Does anyone know if the Garmin GPS 2360LMT comes with 3D Building and Terrain View.
No 3D
According to Garmin's website, it does not come with 3D building. I did not find anything on Terrain View. I am set to receive this GPS tomorrow. I will update if I find anything more about terrain.

Garmin GPS 2360LMT
Some of the Internet Sites that I have visited states that it comes with 3D Buliding and 3D Terrain. It is kind of confusing. I know what it says on Garmin. So who should I belive.
