I am not ready to wave my white flag signaling my readiness to take on more projects right now.

I will let you guys know when I am back at full speed ahead.

Terrific weather in central Florida today. Wish everyone were able to share it. Soon, when the heat and humidity sock in for five months or so, we'll be wishing to trade conditions with our friends from the north. Have a great week!

I need to replace my home phone again the keypad went out on both handsets.

I had my land-line disconnected, I found I was only getting telemarketing calls on it.

Just about everyone has cell phones, and with mobile to mobile and friends and family I don't use minutes calling my peeps, letting me keep my bill manageable plus money saved on the land-line goes to my cell account.

I'm glad I did. It has become very common, routine surgery. Just make sure you specify if you want lens implants for close-up or distance. I chose distance lenses. That way I can drive without needing prescription sunglasses. I can now also read the instrument panel without glasses which I couldn't do before.

So, I can wear non-prescription sunglasses for driving and just need low power drug store reading glasses (1.75) for reading.

My vision is testing 20-25 in the left eye and 20-20 in the right eye.

But in my case, this was just a first step that I had to have done before the next surgeries... in a month or two, for floaters. That carries more risk. crying

Glad

I am getting the ones for distance. Only will need for reading from what they say. I need sunglasses ououtside and the sun really bothers my eyes. I have a floater in my left eye but nothing has been said about removing it.
